(UPDATE 7/31/17)
Okay, here's the last updated drawing.
And yes, Wheezy was the most difficult weasel for me to draw.
No, I didn't draw him while I was at camp.
First, I wanted to draw him while I was at camp. Unfortunately, the reference sheet that I had didn't have a great big image printed on it. It was pretty small and when printed Internet pictures are small, they look a little blurry or pixelated. Because of that, many of Wheezy's details (such as his eyes and hands) were very hard for me to figure out.
Second, after I came back from camp, I procrastinated to the point of feeling like I couldn't draw fan art. When I finally had the chance to draw Wheezy (during a study hall period), I started thinking, "Oh, my gosh. WHY did I wait so long?" Plus, since I'm an amateur artist, Wheezy looked like one of my worst drawing nightmares. One arm's down, the other's up, and I'm pretty bad at drawing hands. Plus, his eyes looked very small, even though I found a better picture of Wheezy.
I will be honest with y'all. When I was done drawing Wheezy, I was really relieved. But drawing him did teach me a lesson. I learned that no everything is going to be easy to draw. Occasionally, I will come across something that will be difficult to draw but that doesn't really mean that I shouldn't test my drawing skills every now and then.
And that's it for updated fan art.
Well, at least for now.
